This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a solicitation to fabricate, test and delivery a mobile decontamination dip tank for firefighting equipment by completely submerging the fire hoses and foot valuves and exposing all surfaces to hot water.
