This work is being solicited as a performance-based service contract. Performance based means the Contractor is responsible for an end product. The performance-based services covered in this contract are for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform roadside brushing in compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation.
