DESCRIPTION: The USDA Forest Service requires a roof removal, repair, and replacement for the Moscow Forestry Science Lab for approximately 7,140 sq ft. The work includes, but is not limited to, the Contractor furnishing and providing all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the existing roofing (see drawings for details) of EPDM roofing, including all flashing and damaged insulation, installation of a new TPO roof with new tapered rigid polyisocyanurate insulation, new rigid polyisocyanurate insulation, with new curbs, blocking, and other roof accessories required to complete the roof project. PROJECT LOCATION: The Moscow Forestry Science Lab is located in Moscow, Idaho in Latah County. Refer to the drawings for details.
