One or more firm-fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts may be awarded. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description: The USDA Forest Service requires anti-aggregate pheromones for up to four (4) different dispenser/chemical combinations to mitigate the impacts of forest pests for the Douglas fir beetle (Dendroctonus pseudotsugae) and Mountain pine beetle (Dendroctonus ponderosae) to supply the National Forest and Grasslands for Region 1 (R1) Northern Region and Region 4 (R4) Intermountain Region. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supplies and services to include, but not limited to, all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation and shipping, registered dispensers, compliant with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), MSDS information, and all other incidentals to furnish and delivery the items listed in this requirement.
