The USDA Forest Servcie Flathead and Lolo National Forest are soloicitng for annual road surface maintenance throughout the Flathead and Lolo National Forest. Annual contract rates will be established for a three year period and work will be awarded on a Forest Wide basis for the Flathead National Forest and on a per-district basis across each of the five districts within the Lolo National Forest. Services procured under this solicitation shall be specified as Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts The Government will issue subsequent Task Orders as necessary to delineate and prescribe specific work to be accomplished. This work is being solicited as a “performance-based” service contract. The term “performance-based” indicates the Contractor is responsible for achieving an end product.
