Amendment 0002 removes the small business set-aside based on the inability to make an award based off the original solicitation effort which was a 100% small business set-aside. Date quotes are due has been extended out to 09/29/2025 at 12:00 noon PT. The Coeur d'Alene Nursery on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests has a requirement for two (2) Cone Kiln Control Rebuilds. The scope and mission of this contract is to replace the current control and sensor system with an updated and low-maintenance control and sensor system that will integrate with the existing kiln design and capacity. The services required will be the assessment of the current system to understand function and capacity, design and purchase of an updated control and monitoring system, installation and testing of the new system, and training of nursery technicians on operating the new system. This system will be duplicated once for each cone kiln (two kilns in total). See attached RFQ 1284LL25Q0067 for more details
