All three buildings will require year-round janitorial services. One of the buildings is located at the Fernan Office and two of the buildings are located at the Silver Valley Office. The Fernan Office is located at 2502 East Sherman Avenue, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, 83814-5823. The Silver Valley Office is located at 173 Commerce Drive, Smelterville, Idaho, 83868. This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired form the USDA designated products category.
