All buildings will require year-round janitorial services. The Coeur d’Alene Nursery is located at 3600 West Nursery Road, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, 83815-5279. All buildings are located on lands within the U.S. Forest Service Coeur d’Alene Nursery. There is only one vehicular entrance to the site. This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired form the USDA designated products category.
