The total price must include all delivery cost, to include the unloading of the shipping containers, and delivery is to the FOB destination. In your price offer, include specification sheet. Offers received will be evaluated on price, acceptability of the proposed product, and delivery (schedule, method, and cost). Quote shall have the cost of the proposed product separated from the cost of delivery.
