End of amendment (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. (iv) This procurement is set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 212321 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. (v) Schedule of Items/Price Schedule Please review attached solicitation for the schedule of items Schedule Notes: Price includes delivery and stockpiling. The Government has the option to award, all, some, or none of the line items. (vi) Description of Requirement (including a list of any attachments) Aggregate shall have a grade of F, reference attachment 1 for grading designation. Before delivery contractor shall provide third party testing of material confirming it meets specification. Contractor shall stockpile material in accordance with FP-14 (standard specifications for construction of roads and bridges on federal highway projects) section 314.05. Contractor shall provide weigh station receipt for each truck delivery. Contractor shall provide a detailed schedule of deliveries to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) BARRICADES, WARNING SIGNS, AND OTHER DEVICES The Contractor shall erect warning signs in advance to any place on the project where operations may interfere with the use of the road or trail by traffic and at all intermediate points where the new work crosses or coincides with an existing road or trail. All road barricades, warning signs, lights, temporary signals, flagmen and pilot car operators and equipment, and other protective devices, except for special devices, shall conform with Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, published by the Federal Highway Administration and applicable safety codes. (ix) 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) (Provision) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Proposal, Past Performance, Price
