The Coeur d’Alene Nursery on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests requires the purchase and delivery of boxes and bags for the packaging, storage, and shipping of live seedlings two (2) times per year. Once is in August/September for approximately 1/4 of the annual supply of boxes and bags, and the other is in October/November for the other approximately 3/4 of the annual supply of boxes and bags. All Tree Seedling Bags (box liners) shall be 2-ply Linear Low-density Polyethylene. All Wicket Seedling Bags shall be clear vented bags with vent holes located at the bottom of the bag and attached to wire wickets with 250 bags per wicket.
