The purpose of this purchase is to procure a narrow-aisle forklift for use in the Coeur D’ Alene Forest Service Nursery seedling production program. The forklift must meet the physical specifications needed to fit existing nursery seedling coolers and freezers, be battery operated electric, and be capable three boom functions. The battery size and charging system must be compatible with current batteries and chargers at the CDA Nursery. The vendor must also receive one (1) used narrow aisle forklift, currently in use at the CDA Nursery, as a trade-in. Trade-in is to be received and possessed at the time of new forklift delivery, and the fair market value of the trade-in is to be deduced from the purchase price of the new forklift. Schedule Notes: One award will be made from this solicitation. Provide a detailed description of the product including the specification sheet and the earliest date of delivery. Provide the amount willing to pay for the trade in. The Total Price must include all delivery costs and delivery is FOB destination. This includes the deduction for the price of the trade in.
