Please refer to Amendment document. The Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC) and the Coeur d’Alene Nursery have a requirement for janitorial services within six Federally-controlled facilities. All buildings will require year-round janitorial services. All buildings are located on lands within the U.S. Forest Service Coeur d’Alene Nursery. The INRC site is located approximately ½ mile east of the Nursery. There is only one vehicular entrance to both sites. The Interagency Natural Resource Center is located at 3232 West Nursery Road, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, 83515-8420. The Coeur d’Alene Interagency Dispatch Center is a separate building but is physically at the same site as INRC but has a different mailing address: 3260 West Nursery Road, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, 83815-8420. The Coeur d’Alene Nursery is located at 3600 West Nursery Road, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, 83815-5279. This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories.
