Description: Healthcare Screenings including Laboratory Testing – Kootenai National Forest (MT) The USDA Forest Service located in the Kootenai National Forest (MT) has a need for Healthcare Screening Services to include laboratory testing using blood draws and take-home kits for employees in five (5) locations specified in B.2 Scope of Work (pg. 2) of the attached SF-1449. Healthcare Screening Services to include laboratory testing shall be conducted at the USFS offices listed in Section B.2 (pg. 5) OR at the contractor’s lab location.
