** This is a Presoliciation notice only, the Solicitation is expected to post on or around 11/03/2020. ** This requirement is for the Contractor to provide all labor to complete maintenance, filter change, and repair services on the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) for the Sandpoint Ranger District office. Complete all Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual preventive maintenance, providing all incidentals and materials. Services completed quarterly in the months of June and December include checking for unusual noises, vibration, or corrosion, securing panels and reporting any leaks. Additionally, the contractor will check unit control panels for damaged wiring and verify the proper operation of all components. The contractor will inspect heat exchangers, motor starters and contactors, inspect and adjust blower motors, belts, sheaves, evaporator coils, air filters, and condensate drains. The contractor will inspect and adjust condenser fan motors, blades, speed controls, and condenser coils. Economizer dampers and controls will be checked for proper operation. Economizer linkages will be lubricated. Period of Performance: Base Year and four (4) Option Years.
