This project is located in Cibola NF, Black Kettle National Grasslands, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. - Skipout lake is located 11.5 miles west of Cheyenne, OK on Hwy 47 and ½ mile north on county Rd NS 1750 - Black Kettle recreation area is located 9 miles north of Cheyenne, OK on Hwy 283 All work under this contract is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small business Size Standard is $15.0 Million under NAICS code 238990. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract using RFQ format Best Value - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In order to be eligible for award of a Federal Contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov No site visit is planned at this time.
