Revised RFQ - USDA Forest Service, Prescott National Forest has a requirement for restroom cleaning for Bradshaw and Verde Ranger Districts, Yavapai County, Arizona. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 561720 ($19.5 Million size standard. Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract for a base period and two option periods (12 months or less total). Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. No organized site visit has been scheduled. Site visits may be requested by following the procedure in the solicitation.
