Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and other associated work needed to complete work according to the drawings and specifications. Work associated with mold investigation and possible mold remediation shall be performed on the existing roof substructure of the Loma Linda Pumphouse. If mold is found to be present, the Contractor shall remove and replace all roofing materials and roof substructure. The internal and external coatings of the existing Upper Sabino potable water tank are failing, leading to rusting/corrosion of the tank and reduced service life. The Contractor shall remove and replace the existing tank with a new 20,000 gal bolted steel water tank. In accordance with the Miller Act Bid (20%),Performance (100%), and Payment Bonds (100%) are required. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the construction magnitude of this project is estimated between $100,000.00 to $150,000.00.
