Award Notice - Contract 12837120C0106 awarded in amount of $68,039 to ALR Construction Management, LLC., 2333 East Southern Avenue Suite 2069, Tempe, AZ 85282. USDA Forest Service, Coconino National Forest. Mogollon Rim Ranger District (MRRD) has a requirement to replace windows and furnaces in administration and residential buildings, Coconino County, Arizona. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 238220 ($16.5 Million size standard). Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. Technical requirements involve possible abatement of asbestos and/or lead based paint. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract for a base period and two option periods (12 months or less total). Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. No organized site visit has been scheduled. Site visits may be requested by following the procedure in the solicitation.
