Intent of Solicitation: The purpose of this solicitation is obtain pit toilet and septic tank pumping services, pit toilet debris removal services, for Mesa Ranger District, Tonto National Forest, as described herein. All work on the national forest is covered by the Wage Determinations enclosed under Service Contract Act. 2. Type of Contract to be Awarded: will be Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) service blanket purchase agreement under the Commercial Items (services) format. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties in doing business with the federal government shall have a DUNS number (Dunn and Bradstreet).
