This project includes but is not limited to removing all AC/Evaporative units from the project area, removing all bitumen material from existing roof, replacing damage plywood if damaged and applying thermoplastic polyolefin, and to power wash the existing thermoplastic polyolefin roof, seal all penetrations with a polyurethane sealant, coat entire roof with a Tropical 924, 100% silicone sealant and replacing all AC/Evaporative unit insuring they are properly seated and no leakage occurs around these units.
