Pumping shall include all labor, equipment, supplies, tools and incidentals necessary to pump all waste in identified toilets as well as backhaul of all waste materials and proper disposal thereof. This project will be unique due to its scope wherein the entire Gila NF will be serviced. Many areas are remoste and rough roads that will need to be navigated. Period of Performance will be a Base Year with 4 Option Years.
