The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform janitorial maintenance and cleaning services for the Verde Recreation Sites, on the Prescott National Forest. Services shall conform to the following specifications. 1.1 Period of Performance. Variable -The term of the contract is anticipated to be 3 months (July 15 ¿ Oct 15, 2020). 1.1.1 Location of Services. Sanitize interior of restroom space (toilet seat/riser / hold bars / stall doors & sinks ¿ where applicable) 2. Sanitize Floor /door handles /toilet paper dispenser 3. (Optional) Toilet Paper resupply with each Service Trip Frequency of Service preferred (depends on price and funding available): 15.
