COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IAW FAR 12.603 SOLICITATION NUMBER: 12837120Q0160 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested based on the requirements outlined in this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This procurement is being issued as a 100 percent SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE utilizing the NAICS and size standard listed below. A contract may be awarded resulting from this solicitation to the responsible party (there quote) with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The United States Forest Service (USFS) intends to award one firm-fixed-priced contract for the acquisition of items listed below. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotes and prices submitted.
