The objective of this project is to award either the BASE BID or the OPTIONAL BID. The BASE BID consists of cleaning and completing minor maintenance to one (1) 6,000-gallon steel, potable water storage tank at the Pittman Valley Work Center, on the Williams Ranger District on the Kaibab National Forest. The OPTIONAL BID item is for complete replacement of the existing 6,000-gallon water storage tank. Contractor will be responsible for all plumbing disconnects, removal, and disposal of the existing 6,000-gallon steel water tank and providing new tank, as approved, placement, and reconnection to the existing connection. Other related work includes providing and placing new compacted gravel into the existing gravel ring and providing potable hauled water to clean, disinfect, and re-fill prior to returning the tank back into operation. ***SITE VISIT: August 26, 2020 10:00 AM Address Location: 1782, Forest Service Rd 74, Williams, AZ 86046***
