This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 13.1 and 37.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) 12837120Q0138. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $8 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents for the Lincoln National Forest Reforestation located on the Lincoln National Forest Smokey Bear and Sacramento Ranger Districts.
