Amendment 0003 USDA Forest Service, Kiowa and Rita Blanca National Grasslands has a requirement for design and fabrication of a mobile exhibit to be installed on government owned trailer. The end result is a self-contained educational trailer that provides interactive mobile learning unit and backdrop for variety of lessons at schools, field days, county fairs, etc. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 541430 ($8.0 Million). Award will be based on Best Value – Tradeoffs with Evaluation Factors. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award to final delivery on or before January 30, 2022.
