This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set aside 100% to Woman-Owned Small businesses under NAICS 531320 Offices of Real Estate Appraisers. The small business size standard is $8.0 Million. USDA Forest Service, Southwest Region 3 intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Appraisal Services. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov . Offerors that are not registered in SAM may be considered non-responsive and will not be considered in the evaluation.
