(Evaluation Factors) This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Small Business size standard is 16.5 Million under NAICS code 238160. The Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 to 75,000. Payment and Performance bonds will be required 10 days after award. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov The intent of the this project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary for full replacement of roofing materials on multiple facilities per drawings and specifications. Work includes Mold testing and/or remediation per drawings and specifications. A tentative Site Visit Pre-Quotation Meeting has been scheduled for: May 7, 2020 at m 10:00a.m. Arizona Time Locations: The project is located on the Mesa Ranger District, of the Tonto National Forest, T3N R7E Section 34. The site can be accessed via N. Usery Pass Road. The Goldfield Work Center is located 30 miles east of Phoenix, AZ. Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.
