The restrooms are located at Bartlett Lake. The distance from Scottsdale to Bartlett Lake is 45.5 miles, and 50 miles from Phoenix. The distrance along the Lake for the different recreation sites are not paved but are well mainained. Work is comprised of 5 sites for the months of April 1, 2020 - October 31, 2020. The contract is for 1 Base Year and 4 Option Years. Interested contractors must submit their offer for all 5 line items.
