Contractor shall provide all management and labor necessary to ensure janitorial services are performed at the Black Range Ranger District, consisting of 1 building. Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks identified in the Statement of Work. To ensure competitive bids in a limited contractor area, all cleaning equipment will be provided. Keys to building will also be provided IF contractor successfully completes required background checks for all employees cleaning the building at contractor’s expense. Cleaning schedule includes 1 Office building, Front lobby, 14 Offices, 1 Breakroom, 2 Storage rooms, about 3 Hallways, 1 Conference room, 4 Restrooms, 2 Showers, and 1 Kitchen. Work will be completed between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 am, unless other arrangements have been made.
