The R3, Regional Office Forest Service, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and FOB Destination delivery, of Utility body Kit with installation in accordance with the Specifications provided. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Daniel Franco, Daniel.franco@usda.gov no later than 08 November, 2019 by 1100 EST. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. 4. This acquisition is a small business set-aside solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423860 Transportation Equipment and Supplies (except Motor Vehicle) Merchant Wholesalers and the size standard is 500 employees. 5. Submit a unit price quote and total delivered price quote for supply and delivery of all items. 6. A quote must be submitted for all contract line item numbers (CLINs). Submit the attached Quote Request. Price quotes for each CLIN should indicate the purchase price inclusive of, if applicable, sales tax. The federal government is exempt from sales tax in most states, but may be liable for 50% of the applicable state and local tax in Arizona. 7. Required delivery date for all materials is 120 days from date of award. Vehicle will be delivered by Forest Personnel if contractor is within 100 miles from 300 W Congress St Tucson AZ 85701 otherwise the contractor shall provide transportation pick-up and drop-off of vehicle without adding mileage.8. Quotes must include a completed copy of [FAR] 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, IAW the Terms and Conditions (Attachment 1). 9. [FAR] 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and ability to meet delivery date.
