All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain in place. The response to this splicitaion are still due on 6/21/19. Q: Explain why line items 003 and 004 (103&104...Ect) for the Crown King and Palace Station lines are priced as each and not gallon as the other two line items. A: These lines are for locations that are in remote locations and the time that it would take to get to the locations and be pumped would drive the cost per gallon up for the entire contract whereas the rest of the locations can be priced together without undue risk to the contractor. Q: Do we need to add a line item for each separate location and district? A: The government does not need a separate line for each location in each of the districts. We would like the contractor to use only the line items on the solicitation document.
