Wells will need to be tied (plumbed) in... 2019 SAN ANTONIO UPLAND WELLS - The Santa Fe National Forest is requesting offerors for performing the drilling of 2 water wells for livestock and wildilfe use. Wells will need to be tied (plumbed) into existing water lines. The Forest Service will apply for water rights through the State of New Mexico and retain owenership of the water rights and facilities to make use of that water. Drilling to a good reliable water source is anticipated to be 250 to 400 Ft. based on wells drilled in the approximate area. Road work will be required to acess the Mushroom Well Site. Wells will be solely for livestock and wildlife and will be non-potable water source. This project is located on the Jemez Ranger District.
