This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation no. 12837119Q0049 has been issued as a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for WUI San Diego- Phase II,III, and IV. The Santa Fe National Forest plans to secure a contract for professional surveying services in support of the San Diego Wildland Urban Interface Restoration Project. This project is designed for restoration and hazardous fuels reduction needs on Public Lands in order to minimize safety risks and to promote human health. The area to be surveyed are lands acquired by the Forest Service and defined by metes and bounds. This requirement is set-aside for 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 541370 and the small business size standard is $15 Million. The basis of award is the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
