Solicitation Number: 12837119Q0047 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: This is a presolicitation notice for the Yellow Cliffs Water System Decommissioning and Toilet Building Demolition. Work is located at Bartlett Lake approximately 20 miles east of Cave Creek, Arizona. . Major work items include 1. Decommission and demolish the water supply system at the Yellow Cliffs recreational site on Bartlett Lake. 2. Remove three toilet buildings located at the Yellow Cliffs recreation site along with their concrete footings. These toilets will be replaced by double pre-cast concrete vault toilets. The new toilets are being purchased by the government and are not included with this contract. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors with a corresponding small business size Standard of $15M. This requirement will be solicited and awarded using simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Part 13. A solicitation will be issued on or about July 26, 2019. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (www.fedbizopps.gov) website.
