1. The Southwestern Region Acquisition Management, Forest Service, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the services of pest control, in the Santa Catalina Ranger District in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, via email to Daniel Franco, Daniel.franco@usda.gov no later than 1100 Eastern Standard Time, 28 June, 2019. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. 4. This acquisition is a small business set-aside solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 955814 (Exterminating and Pest Control Services) and the size standard is 16.5M. 5. Submit a unit price quote and total quote for services IAW SOW. 6. A quote must be submitted for all contract line item numbers (CLINs). Submit the attached Schedule of Items. Price quotes for each CLIN should indicate the purchase price inclusive of, if applicable, sales tax. The federal government is exempt from sales tax in most states, but may be liable for 50% of the applicable state and local tax in Arizona. 7. Required Period of Performance (PoP) IAW SF-1449 contract line items (CLINS): 8. Quotes must include a completed copy of [FAR] 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications. 9. [FAR] 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and ability to meet period of performance. The offer/quotation that is most advantageous to the Government, based on these factors, will be selected for award. 10. Additional provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation are attached. 11. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Forest Service. 12. A single award is contemplated; however, the government reserves the right to decrease or increase quantities in accordance with pricing and availability of funds. 13.
