The U.S. Forest Service is interested in leasing a minimum of 5,581 to a maximum of 6,390 usable square feet of office and support space, and 9,000 square feet of secured ware-yard space in Granby, Colorado The delineated area is: Granby, Colorado - Site must be visible from a major highway North: Intersection of Hwy 34 & CR 61 (N. 2nd St) West: Travel south on Hwy 34, continue south on Hwy 40 to the intersection of Hwy 40 and Village Rd South: The intersection of Hwy 40 and Village Rd East: Travel north on Hwy 40 to Hwy 34, continue north on Hwy 34 to the intersection of Hwy34 & CR 61 (N. 2nd St) Parking Spaces (Total): 50 Parking Spaces (Surface): 50 Full Term: 20 Years, Firm Term: 10 Years/Soft Term: 10 Years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease.
