(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this requirement is 1282MK20Q0021 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the authority of FAR 13. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08 – Effective August 13, 2020. (iv) This acquisition is subject to a small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 444130 and small business size standard for this NAICS code is $8.0. (v) The Schedule of Items applicable to this acquisition provides a list of contract line item numbers, items, quantities, and units of measure. The pricing portions of this Schedule of Items should be filled out and submitted as part of any quote submitted in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. See Attachment 1 for the Schedule of Items applicable to this acquisition as it easier to include an attachment. (vi) The White River National Forest (WRNF) requires Materials to build 25, two-panel information kiosks, without roof, for use in the White River National Forest. The purchase of lumber and material will be used by the Colorado Correction Industries work program to construct kiosks that will provide visitor information across the White River National Forest. All material shall be delivered to the Buena Vista Correctional Complex. See Attachment 1 for a detailed description of specifications. (vii) The Buena Vista Correctional Complex will most likely not be able to accept delivery of the supplies until they are finished with their field activities, which usually occurs in late October/early November, so the supplies must be delivered no later than 20 November, 2020. Vendors must ensure the prices they provide are accurate and firm with these delivery dates in consideration. No deliveries shall occur when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, weather related closings, Federal Holidays, or Government directed facility closings.
