This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for reconstruction of the Bear Creek National Recreation Trail on the Ouray Ranger District - Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. This contract shall include all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that the contract is performed in a manner in compliance with the specifications. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for award of this contract is June 15, 2020. The responses due date is identified in the Solicitation. A pre-bid meeting is being offered, Vendors must RSVP. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) to be considered responsive to this solicitation. SAM is a free service.
