This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for toilet pumping services on the Gunnison and Paonia Ranger District - Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. This contract shall include all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that the contract is performed in a manner in compliance with the specifications. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for award of this contract is March 16, 2020. The due date is identified in the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) to be considered responsive to this solicitation. SAM is a free service.
