This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. The solicitation is being issued as an RFQ. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Site visits are recommended. Location: Norwood Ranger District, 1150 Forest Street, Norwood, CO 81423. Set Aside: Total Small Business Offerors shall be registered in System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be considered responsive. SAM is a free service. Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to www.fbo.gov to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation. Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted in writing to the point of contract listed above. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the solicitation closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred.
