The solicitation number is 1282FT20R0027. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333921, size standard is 1000 employees. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for inspections, maintenance service, and monitoring of elevators at the Forest Service Fort Collins Headquarters and Laboratory buildings in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to maintain the complete system in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation of the complete system.
