The solicitation number is 1282FT20R0021. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, size standard is $19.5 million. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Custodial services needed for two sites with one building at each location. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified, necessary to provide janitorial services at the Flagstaff Forestry Sciences Laboratory, Southwest Forest Science Complex, and the Greenhouse and Shop Facility. All work shall be performed in accordance with this performance work statement and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Please see the attached solicitation for a complete Performance Work Statement. This contract will include a base year and four one-year options. There will be no future synopsis in the event the options included in the contract are exercised. No new work can be issued after one year following award of initial contract unless an option year is exercised.
