Amendment 0001 is as follows: Update drawings that properly reflect the gate widths, change the period of performance end date to 12/16/2020, provide questions and answers as of 07/06/2020, and change the solicitation due date in beta.SAM to 07/20/2020 to reflect the SF-1442. This contract is for final design, utility company permitting, and construction of a grid-tied photovoltaic array system, at the Institute of Pacific Islands Forestry (IPIF), located in Hilo, HI. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, transportation, employee training, and insurance as specified herein. This project is located at the Institute of Pacific Island Forestry (IPIF) – 60 Nowelo Street, Hilo, HI. Please see the attached solicitation for the full scope of work. Pre-Proposal Site Visit - Site visits must be requested by July 10, 2020 by contacting Anthony Salas at anthony.salas@usda.gov. Offerors shall submit all questions in writing by July 13 , 2020. Questions shall be sent to anthony.salas@usda.gov. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 238990.
