This announcement constitutes the only s... This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The solicitation number is 1282FT20R0013. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, size standard is $16.5 million. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for the Flagstaff Lab Chiller repairs. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, employee training and insurance as specified herein. Training and performance of this contract shall include and comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local, State and Federal codes, mandates, and standards. Supplies and materials shall be of a quality and type customarily utilized by current industry standards and equipment ratings and shall be subject to the approval of the Contracting Officer (CO) or Project Manager (PM) (industry standards only applicable where they do not violate any of the afore mentioned codes/mandates). The Contractor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all required services are accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Contractor shall repair the facility’s air-cooled chiller (Carrier 30GX) and return the system to a fully operational status in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
