The Flagstaff Sidewalk and Parking Lot Repair project consists of replacing the damaged side walk on the west side of the building and installing a new drain for the rain gutter on the west side of the building. Removing the patio blocks and installing concrete flat work. Replacing concrete curb and gutter on the south and north sides of the building. Remove the existing concrete drainage pan and replace, recontour asphalt flat to fall to existing curb and gutter. Repair first floor balcony floor drain on North side of building and re-finish drywall and paint to match on first floor ceiling. Site visits must be requested by March 18th, 2020 by contacting Anthony Salas at anthony.salas@usda.gov. Offerors shall submit all questions in writing by March 25th, 2020. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 - $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 237310.
