The solicitation number is 1282FT19R0015. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, size standard is $18 million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for janitorial services located at the Rocky Mountain Research Station, Bozeman, ID. The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, transportation, general and specialized tools and equipment (except as specified herein as Government furnished) required to accomplish all custodial services at the Bozeman Forestry Sciences Laboratory as specified herein. All work shall be performed at the Bozeman Forestry Sciences Laboratory, MSU Campus, 1648 South 7th Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59717-2780. This contract will include a base year and four one-year options. There will be no future synopsis in the event the options included in the contract are exercised. No new work can be issued after one year following award of initial contract unless an option year is exercised.
