The Fort Collins Mechanical System Replacement project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses and permits to remove and replace the furnaces, thermostats, and associated equipment, ducts, and devices. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 - $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 238220.
