The White River National Forest in Glenwood Springs, Colorado has a requirement for lumber and hardware supplies for construction of visitor information kiosks. These supplies will be delivered directly to the Buena Vista Correctional Center where the kiosks will be constructed. The list of supplies is in Attachment 1 and will be used to construct the information kiosks you see out in the National Forests. The Correctional Center will most likely not be able to accept the supplies until October or November as they switch over from field to workshop activities, so your price will need to be firm until the delivery date. We estimate the value of these supplies to be less than $25000. The government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures to solicit and order these supplies on a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Basic Contracting Requirements 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery 3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Total Small Business Set Aside for NAICS 444190 with size standard $20.5M 6. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable Instructions to Offerors: 1.
